Return Policy

Returns and Cancellation

  • At The Tinted Palette we value the support you show us by purchasing our products and it is on our top priority to bring you the best quality products we can, but unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange one a product has been purchased and opened unless the product itself is faulty , which is rare because we strive to make sure each product made and packaged well.

  • We can accept returns for damaged or defective goods only. These returns must be processed within 7 days of you receiving the product.

  • If you feel you have received a faulty or defective product, please email us at for further instructions.

  • Cost to return items to is the responsibility of the customer.

  • We recommend using the original packaging to return your product to us. Once the item is received we will process return.

  • Your refund will be processed within 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your return has been processed. Once your return has been processed, a refund may take up to 7-10 days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

For a product to be eligible for return, the following conditions must apply:

  • The issue must be reported to The Tinted Palette within 7 days of you receiving the product.

  • The Tinted Palette must be contacted immediately if products are damaged as a result of shipping along with a photo

  • A detailed description of the damage must be provided to the Customer Care team.

  • Product(s) is returned in the condition it was received.

  • We posses the right to accept or decline your request for refund or exchange.

NOTE: We are unable to assist with items that arrived broken, missing items, and missing packages outside of the 7-days return policy timeframe and without a photo of the broken items and/or package. The Tinted Palette is not liable for missing packages with confirmed delivery by courier.

The Tinted Platte will not accept product returns for general customer or end-consumer dissatisfaction.
